What our colleagues say…

Great place to work. Friendly staff always there for support. The co-ordinators are all very hands-on while you're out working. Management has been great — I've been with the same company for over 5 years. Free uniform, and you're paid for the training (shadow shifts). They cover many postcodes in Scotland and always plenty of shifts.

Community Care Assistant, Clydebank

Excellent, very supportive and professional managers and coordinators. I can only thank them for the four years rewarding experience that I had with the Edinburgh team

Community Care Assistant, Edinburgh

I love working here, it's been my best job so far. Love the clients and the office team are always there to help if you need it. I felt like I needed some more shadow shifts before I went out on my own and the team made sure I was 100% confident before I went out there.

Community Care Assistant, Kilmacolm

Working with Call-in Homecare gives me a sense of fulfillment and accomplishment. They really care both for their service users, as well as their employees. It's one of the best companies to work with. Call-in Homecare don't settle for anything short of the good quality services. Every working day is worth longing for. I always look forward to resuming my duty whenever I'm off.
