A Message of Thanks from Annette Wilson (Director, Scotland)

As we bid farewell to 2023, we want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible care and support we’ve provided to our colleagues and outstanding service users throughout the year. At Call-In Homecare, our unwavering commitment to delivering top-quality support shines through in everything we do.

We’re ecstatic to have expanded our Call-In Homecare family, welcoming new branches and extending our care network across Scotland. Our colleagues, who truly are the heart and soul of our organization, continue to inspire us every day.

At the start of this year, we were asked ‘What Makes Call-In Homecare Different?’, and we responded ‘Our People’. After another successful year, and that sentiment will remain unaltered in the years to come.

Here’s to a New Year filled with boundless opportunities and joy! Let’s come together in 2024 to make it truly incredible.

Call-In Homecare’s Director, Annette Wilson, shared:

“As we come to the end of another year, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for all the hard work and devotion you have shown in caring for our service users. Your tireless efforts are absolutely recognised and we are incredibly proud of our very committed and professional team.

At Call-In Homecare, we understand the importance of providing top-quality care services to our community and we strive to achieve this through our fantastic team of carers. It is because of your unwavering dedication that we can provide exceptional care and support, even in the most challenging of circumstances.

We know that being a Care Assistant can be a tough job and it takes a very special type of person to do it well. Your patience, kindness and empathy make a huge difference to people’s lives and we are forever grateful for the positive impact that you have.

As we move into the new year, I want to reiterate to you that your hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed. We are committed to providing you with the training, development and support you need to continue to grow in your role, enabling you to provide the highest quality care services possible.

Once again, THANK YOU for all that you do. Your passion, commitment and hard work are truly appreciated. We look forward to continuing to work with you in the coming year.

Kindest regards,

Annette Wilson (Director, Scotland)”
