COVID-19 Information for our Customers and Staff

Call-In Homecare Limited continues to be committed to maintaining a safe and effective service, even more so during these very challenging times. Before going any further, we have to thank our exceptional front line staff up and down the UK. Even through adversity, they never fail to consistently go above and beyond the call of duty to deliver essential care with compassion and professionalism to all the people and families who rely on our services.

We are working closely with the relevant authorities, commissioners and regulators, continuing to following guidance and updates issued by the Government and Public Health England. This advice ensures Call-In Homecare Limited continues to be proactive and anticipate different scenarios. Our senior management maintains daily reviews and assesses the situation to allow us to continue taking care of our clients during these difficult times.

Our maintain priorities are:

  • Maintaining the delivery and quality of services;
  • Extra effort and resources into our recruitment and retention to uphold safe staffing levels;
  • Updating constantly safety procedures to protect our Staff and Service Users;
  • Supporting our hospitals, local authorities and the NHS with discharges;
  • Learning from other countries to apply good practices;

We have put together a dedicated teams who are responsible for COVID-19 operations, including sourcing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), whether this is from national or international sources. Guidance from the Government and relevant authorities

The Government’s primary objective, on the advice of the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Scientific Advisor for England, is to delay and flatten the peak of the epidemic. This is being done by having the right measures in place at the right time.  Everything that is being done has been based upon the best scientific advice available, and Call-In Homecare Limited adhere diligently to best practice guidance to continue to protect our customers and staff.
